The Leffell School Hosts Annual Yom Dorot

The Leffell Lower School hosted its annual Yom Dorot (Generations Day), welcoming grandparents and special friends for a morning of music, learning and connection. The program opened in the gym, where each grade took the stage to perform a selection of songs for their visitors. Following the performances, the guests joined students in their classrooms for two interactive learning sessions. These workshops gave “special friends” a front-row seat to the daily academic life of the school, allowing them to work side-by-side with students on collaborative projects. Beyond the lesson plans, the day offered visitors a true sense of the ruach (spirit) and Jewish joy that defines the Leffell School experience.
