Athletics at The Leffell School
The Leffell School participates in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) which allows student athletes the opportunity to compete against high-level competition. Our coaches empower students to be better athletes, leaders, and teammates.

Lower School Athletics
Lower School students have the opportunity to learn fundamentals of various sports including soccer, kickball, and ultimate Frisbee. Through sports-specific games, students learn skills in an encouraging and healthy competitive environment. This coed program, in partnership with GymGuyz, is optional and meets immediately after the school day.

High School students may try out for a junior varsity or varsity level athletics team. All teams compete in the NYSPHSAA league. Our competitive teams practice after school on Mondays through Thursdays.
