Annie Watman

Annie Watman serves as the chief advancement officer of The Leffell School. Prior to joining The Leffell School in August 2023, Annie spent a cumulative 11 years working for AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, most recently as the Greater New York State Director. Between several positions at AIPAC, from 2017-2019 Annie served as the Grassroots Director for the Orthodox Union's Teach NYS.  Annie completed her undergraduate studies at New York University with a dual degree in Politics and Jewish History, and received her M.A. at NYU in Global Histories. Annie is passionate about Jewish communal work and has participated in leadership training and fellowships through the Shalom Hartman Institute, the Drisha Institute for Jewish Education, the Tikvah Fund, and UJA-Federation of New York. She remains an active alumna in NYU Jewish Life and is a member of the Southern Connecticut Pro-Israel Political Network. Annie lives in Stamford, Connecticut , with her husband Jeremy and their three children.
