Becky Kuperman

Becky and her husband Aaron joined The Leffell School in the fall of 2021. They enrolled sight unseen, placing their trust in the school after just a few meaningful conversations — and they have never looked back. The very first item on Becky’s agenda was asking the PTO presidents, “What can I do to be helpful?” Unbeknownst to her at the time, the answer was: a lot.

Over the past five years, Becky has served The Leffell School community in numerous PTO roles, including class parent, grade leader, All-School Vice President, and currently Lower School Co-Vice President. She is also an active member of multiple school committees and plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new families as they join our special kehilah. Drawing on her background as a former teacher and school administrator, Becky brings thoughtfulness, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to every conversation, always focused on helping The Leffell School grow and thrive for years to come.

Beyond The Leffell School, Becky is deeply committed to supporting Jewish organizations and philanthropies, including the Jewish National Fund and UJA-Federation of New York. She also served on the hostage committee at the Young Israel of Scarsdale and was part of The Leffell School mission to Israel after October 7, reflecting her dedication to communal responsibility, advocacy, and a love for Israel.

Most importantly, Becky’s greatest joy is her family. She and Aaron are proud parents to Ben (Grade 5), Sabina (Grade 3), and Sam (Kindergarten). When she’s not volunteering or championing community initiatives, Becky can be found cheering on her kids, spending meaningful time with her family and friends, and continuing to invest her energy into the vibrant community she cares so deeply about.
