At the forefront of innovation, Leffell School students are taught to dream big, take risks, work together, and embrace their responsibility to improve the world. In our four engineering makerspaces spread across our two campuses, students are able to take ideas and bring them to life in a multi-disciplinary approach where STEM, art, design, and humanities converge. Jewish values are instilled throughout the program, with Tikun Olam (making the world a better place) at the heart. Leffell students apply their learning and harness their passions to fearlessly change the world for the better.

Leffell School partners with Tikkun Olam Makers, an international program that harnesses technology to create affordable, customized solutions for everyday challenges facing people with disabilities.

Winner 2018 - 2019
Four makerspaces, six innovative educators, two campuses, students ranging in age from 4-18. This is the basis for our culture-shifting focus on maker education across all grades, K-12. The learning that goes on in these spaces, and the impact that it has on thinking throughout our institution, has revolutionized how students approach their world.
